Refund Policy
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request your money back for any reason, no questions asked.
To be eligible for a refund, your order must be within 30 days and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). These products will have this disclaimer in the product description prior to purchase. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
If there is any issue with your order or products and you would still like the product, we are always happy to send a replacement item to make things right. Please reach out to customerservice@puremycoorganics.com with any questions or concerns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve issued a refund and you will receive an electronic confirmation of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take up to 30 days for the system to process your refund and return the fund to your original payment method, but typically takes 3-5 days for a refund to be fully returned. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
